Grindstone is one of the fastest and most efficient telemarketing services that we have ever partnered with. Our business has increased 4% and our customers never complain about the service. Our outbound sales calls have gotten better by far. We love Grindstone. The pros was certainly the business boost and how Grindstone handles customer issues. Some cons can be the price and the process. Very fast, convenient, and effective. What areas can the service provider improve? They need package deals or discounts for long-term customers.
