"Selling to Fortune 2000 a SaaS product" I am a Head of Marketing for a SaaS company based out of London. We sell our product to Fortune 2000 companies. We hired Belkins to boost our sales process and outsource top of the funnel. We were looking for a turnkey solution and Belkins was able to tailor one for us. Belkins was and is a great partner to work with. They were able to learn our product in detail, understand, and analyze our Ideal Customer Profile, prepare leads, mailboxes, email content as well as professionally support our account throughout the entire campaign. Furthermore, they delivered multiple sales qualified leads (I don’t have the number in front of me now) and we converted around 20% of them in new paid accounts. There is nothing negative that stands out. We had the same challenges as other startups have: a small team, everyone wearing many hats, no sales processes in place. The most logical and budget-friendly solution was to find an experienced partner like Belkins who can realize the lead generation on our behalf.

"Lead Generation for B2B SaaS" Describe the project or task the provider helped with: Dashly is a customer communication platform for your business. We help acquire customers with data collecting forms, nurture them with personalized automated messages. Belkins generates high-quality hot leads for our sales team. What do you like best? The most impressive about Belkins is that they are very detail-oriented. They measure every part of the funnel and provide very detailed marketing reports. What do you dislike? Hm, it seems to be super professional. We are not so long with Belkins, so there is nothing to dislike for now. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized? We have benefited greatly from the experience that Belkins has in SaaS. We found out that the agency developed several SaaS products inhouse and they grow these products together with the agency, so they know where we are coming from and what are the challenges that we face on a daily basis. Some of the problems that Belkins helped us overcome are: 1. Low-quality prospects in our database. (we were not able to achieve accurate leads’ information with other providers) 2. Spam problems with our emails. (every time we launched new campaigns we experienced low performance because of spam) 3. Low conversion into appointments (we knew that our conversion was below average) As a result of our engagement, Belkins was able to address these 3 challenges and because of this, we had an increase in our pipeline by 200% in the first 3 months.
