As a Inbox Architect at Leadbird, your role encompasses mostly setting up new inboxes at Leadbird and ensuring that they work properly. This fully remote, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with successful B2B businesses worldwide.

  2. Monitor all inboxes to make sure that they are acting as needed

Inbox Architect's Responsibilities:

As a Inbox Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Buy Domains On Behalf Of Our Clients
  • Create Microsoft Office 365 Accounts For The Corresponding Domains
  • Configure The Proper DNS Records
  • Document The New Inboxes Created
  • Add The New Inboxes Into SmartLeads Warmup Pool
  • Monitor The Inboxes And Troubleshoot Disconnections, Warm Up Removals, and any Outbound Issues

Bonus Qualifications

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Smartlead, Airtable or Porkbun
  • Understand DNS Configurations
  • Expertise In Basic Email Deliverability

What You'll Do:

We’re a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same:

Daily

  • Reconnect Any Disconnected Inboxes
  • Communicate With Smartlead To Add Our Inboxes Back Into The Warmup Pool
  • Identify Any Inboxes With Outbound Errors
  • Create New Inboxes For Clients
  • Document New Inboxes

Weekly

  • Report On Outbound Volume

As needed

  • Ad Hoc Tasks Related To Cold Email Campaigns

What You Can Expect In Your First Year:

Within 1 Month

  • Complete your new hire onboarding.
  • Understand all technology used in Leadbird
  • Proper Understanding Of Creating Inboxes At Leadbird

Within 3 Months

  • Proper Understanding Of Managing All Inboxes At Leadbird
  • Be The Main POC For Smartlead Questions At Leadbird

Within 6 Months

  • Architect New Processes At Leadbird To Ensure Better Delivery
