Account Executive (AE)

As an Account Executive at Leadbird, you manage the entire lifecycle of the lead-to-cash process. Given that Leadbird is a B2B lead generation agency, the leads you will be fielding are generated through:  

  1. Outbound lead generation through Leadbird’s internal lead generation campaigns.
  2. Inbound leads generated through organic content.

It will be the responsibility of the Account Executive to support qualify, nurture, and convert leads to customers. This fully remote, full-time contract position which offers the opportunity to work with successful B2B businesses worldwide.

Our compensation package includes a base salary and a generous uncapped commission.

What We're Looking For:

Account Executives Mission:

  1. Understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives to effectively position Leadbird’s services as solutions.
  2. Thoroughly qualify leads properly while managing and executing against a quote.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, primarily c-suite executives and founders of small to medium-sized businesses.

What Makes You A Fit:

  • B2B Professional Services or Software Selling Experience
  • Previous experience in a business development role or familiarity with lead generation services / proccesses
  • Professionalism, maturity, and reliability to meet the expectations of successful entrepreneurs.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Highly resourceful team player who meets deadlines and follows through on commitments.
  • Tech-savviness and a quick learner of new technologies and software.
  • Intelligent, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
  • High-performing individual with a desire to achieve and grow financially.
  • Proven ability to write high-performing cold emails.
  • Availability to work from 9am to 5pm CST.
  • Professional remote work setup including reliable internet, high-quality audio and video equipment, quiet space, clear background, and good lighting.

CSMs Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire lead to cash lifecycle from first call to contract execution.
  • Qualifying leads to ensure alignment with Leadbird's ideal customer persona.
  • Proactively managing and executing against a quota while risk should targets not be attainable.

  • Experience working in an Outbound Agency.
  • Wide-ranging B2B experience across multiple industries.
  • Entrepreneurial experience.

What You'll Do:

We’re a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same:


  • Managing Hubspot to ensure pipeline integrity.
  • Qualify and convert leads to customers via Zoom meetings, phone calls, LinkedIn Messaging, and texting as necessary.


  • Manage Forecast to monitor Quota Attainment

As needed

  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure delivery alignment.
